The Accessibility Support Academy, responding to the requirements of the modern business environment and aiming at the continuous improvement of its organizational structure and internal communication—always with the objective of providing the best possible service to its Clients—has designed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015.
The Company’s Quality Management System covers the entire range of its activities related to the “Provision of Consulting, Educational and Technical Services, as well as Integrated Accessibility Solutions”. It has been designed in accordance with the Company’s needs and objectives, as well as with the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of applicable Greek and European legislation.
Client satisfaction and confidence, achieved through compliance with defined quality specifications and consistency in service delivery, constitute fundamental principles of the Accessibility Support Academy. The Company’s overall objective is the maximum possible fulfillment of customer needs and expectations, the provision of high-quality and high-value services, and for this reason it establishes measurable quality objectives, aiming at:
- The improvement of the organizational structure through the clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
- The improvement of the Company’s operations through the identification, development, and control of system processes, as well as the identification and evaluation of risks and opportunities.
- The improvement of internal communication through the determination of the interaction and interdependence of the Company’s processes.
- The increase of customer satisfaction through a systematic approach to identifying and fulfilling customer requirements.
- The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the Company’s overall performance, through the effective use of the following tools:
- Definition and review of quality objectives
- Management Review
- Internal Audits
- Corrective Actions
- Systematic analysis of data arising from Quality Records
- Identification of the requirements of interested parties (customers, personnel, society at large, etc.) related to the Quality Management System
Management Commitment
For the effective and timely achievement of the above objectives, the Management of the Accessibility Support Academy:
- Is committed to the application of the principles of the Quality Policy and the Quality Management System that it has established.
- Is committed to complying with applicable Greek and European legislation.
- Informs and motivates its personnel so that they are committed to the same principles.
- Is committed to providing the necessary infrastructure and equipment required for the proper execution of its activities and the effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
For the achievement of the above objectives, all necessary references have been included in the documentation of the Quality Management System. Through systematic planning, process control, and the continuous improvement of all activities, the Company’s principles are fulfilled.
Every employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is required to contribute to quality management and the achievement of established objectives. For this purpose, all employees, according to their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and demonstrably act in compliance with the defined rules and procedures.
Processes, workflows, and activities that do not ensure the fulfillment of the established objectives are immediately discontinued by those responsible; root-cause analyses are conducted, and the necessary improvement measures are defined and implemented.
This Quality Policy is communicated to all personnel, is available to all interested parties, and is periodically reviewed by the Company’s Management.
