The Accessibility Support Academy operates in the field of providing Educational Services (either in-person or via distance learning). The Academy’s primary commitment is to deliver high-quality services and to ensure the full satisfaction of learners’ requirements.
In addition, the Academy is committed to the following:
- To identify and respond to the needs of society and stakeholders in order to recognize training programs that it is capable of undertaking and implementing.
- To provide services that fully meet the requirements and expectations of interested parties.
- To fully comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements governing its operation, service provision, and project implementation.
- To employ personnel based on experience, skills, education, training, and diligence.
- To systematically monitor and maintain a high level of learner satisfaction.
- To achieve and implement the objectives defined by the Academy.
Management Commitment
The Management ensures the fulfillment of the above commitments through:
- The implementation of the Non-Formal Education Management System (NFEMS) in full compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 29993:2017, as well as through the continuous improvement of its effectiveness via periodic audits, reviews, and risk analysis.
- The continuous training, development, and education of its personnel in order to promote the Academy’s objectives across all activities.
- The provision of adequate resources for the effective implementation of the Management System.
- The establishment of quality objectives, whose implementation is reviewed and evaluated in order to eliminate or minimize any adverse effects on the quality of services provided.
The continuous effort for the ongoing improvement of services and of the NFEMS constitutes a fundamental priority of the Academy and the guiding philosophy of all its personnel.
